SOCIAL ADAPTATION OF BOARDING SCHOOL PUPILS

Since 2004 the foundation has been taking care of more than 20 boarding schools from all over Ukraine. Our main program is the social adaptation of adolescents from boarding schools to independent living.

With the support of volunteers and partners, the Foundation regularly organizes the Way to Success camps, which are attended by 50 to 150 children during the holidays.

Since 2004, more than 17,000 adolescents have participated in these programs, the main objectives of which are:
● development of teamwork skills;● formation of leadership culture;● creating an effective and practical environment that will help prepare adolescents for independent living;● formation of effective communication models in adolescents;● improving communication skills and relationship building skills;● stimulating the discovery of creative potential;● encouraging successful and active project participants.
